Default Zeiss Icon Nettar

I have just put a roll of Fomapan 200 through my Zeiss Icon Nettar, developed it in D76 1+1 and I really like the results. I have had this camera for about 15 years having paid £5 on Romford Market for it and whilst I have put the odd film through it I've never really done that much with the negs.
I can't work out how to insert an image into this post so if you are interested take a look at http://warboyssnapper.blogspot.comand let me know what you think.
Interested to know of other similar users of these little folders.

I use a couple of folders regularly, I have a zeiss ikon ikonta, an ensignand a balda, all 120, and I love them, and the results, in fact I was at a local heritage site today using my balda, and the negatives are quite lovely, even hand held at 1/10 is easy with these cameras,no clunking mirror, and I amnow looking forward to printig some of them, from past experiance they will print well,Richard

I use both 6x6 and 645 folders - currently Certo, Zeiss, and Agfa, with triplets or Tessar type lenses. Most of the time I use Neopan 400 in DDX ...

Certo Dolly Super-Sport (1938) Meyer Trioplan F./2.9

They are hard to beat for userfriendly controls and fun.

That's a fine shot you got with yours, Andrew.

On the tool bar at the top of the page you will see "FAQ". Click on that and then on "Reading and Posting Messages", you can then find a heading "Attachments and Images", which will provide the guidance required and enhance your enjoyment of this forum. Short cut here.

I use a Franka Solida II, which I was given by a guy who was about to chuck it out. Needed a little TCL, but i's my main travel MF camera now! I love the quietness and simplicity of it, and it produces brilliant negatives. I've even maneged to get a couple of push-on filters for it.

I was given an Ensign Selfix 16/20 Model 1 with the 75mm f4.5 Ensar lens and my first 'Good' camera in about 1953 was the model ll with 75mm f3.5 Ross Xpres lens but I think I got a bad one as often the sharpness was very poor-- I took it to Germany when I was in the Army (R.A.M.C) and took some shots in Berlin and the model 1 I was given with the Ensar lens is sharper than the Xpres -- maybe if you would like to see the Berlin photos I can put them on here? I'm sure they are still 'lurking'in this machine somewhere-- they have been on ephotozine.com and Flickr.

PS ANDREW : I have NEVER seen cameras in ROMFORD Market !
