Default Hello from the Geordie

Hi all, I'm looking forward to a forum devoted to traditional developing and printing of silver products. Many thanks to Dave for making it possible although I'm concerned about you making welcome posts to yourself.

Great to have you here Les, I hope we can meet up again, perhaps this time on a FADU meet?

Cheers, Bob.

Les, I must admit I thought that I'd deleted the test thread, something else to learn to do.

Hi Les (from another Les)

We met once or twice (possibly once, the old memory is blurring nicely giving me a romantic view of past events) and have glanced shoulders on the odd forum before (again very briefly) so if you don't recognise my name no problem.

Nice to see you here and thank goodness us old hands are still promoting silver photography.

Great effort by Dave, we go way back, and I know you are just the kind of guy this new venture will benefit greatly from with your expertise.

Cheers

Les

PS Just reread this and no, I am not sucking up! Just acknowledging a fellow photographer!

Hi Les

Thanks for the welcome and I certainly do remember meeting you at least once, I guess we are both at the stage of being a little vague and more romantic in our memories.

I'm just back from a two month trip to the US and Canada so I have a lot of reading to do to catch up in here. When I left the forum had just been opened.

Looking forward to many worthwhile exchanges of info and trips down memory lane..........can you remember how we used to process FP3 and how good it was?????????

Les

Great to 'see' you here Les. Your photography and knowledge is invaluable.
