So hard enough to build houses and completely waterproof

Default a word for rinse aid

When I set up my darkroom in France in 2008 forgot to take wetting agent and I didn't know where to find it over there, so I used Finish dishwasher rinse aid. The same dilution as Photoflo 500 worked wonderfully. And no drying marks if froth avoided and allowed to drip dry Years later I looked up the UN chemical safety data and found that they are almost identical.
