Default BCG Film

I received a free roll of BCG Film P400 recently from Greenwich Cameras. It came with an order of Foma 400 film. I had never heard of this film, but intend to try it.
Has anyone used it?

Alan

BCG Film & Photography are a Dutch photographic supplier, they sell two B&W films branded as BCG but I've no idea who makes it.

Might be worth asking Greenwich Cameras. They should know the origins. Just out of interest, what does BCG stand for?

In the Black Country I have heard there is a new and very popular film. It's W2V0. Ian will be interested in that one

That stands for Wolves 2 Villa 0, No relevance to you Alan - just one for Ian

Thanks

Mike

Mike, there's a new popular film up here in Yorkshire. It's called L6MC0. Short for Leeds 6 Man. City 0. It's for taking photographs in cloud cuckoo land.....
BGC stands for Brownie Camera Guy, apparently.

He's just 25km down the road from me but until now I've never used his services.

Default BCG Film

If Greenwich cameras don't know who made it then it could be interesting when it comes to developing?

John, Greenwich Cameras say it is made in Germany.
Marty, yes I have looked at the website in your post. Interesting information, especially regarding development.
Thanks guys.
What I was interested in was comments from FADU members who have actually used the film.

Based on the description from Marty's link it looks to be ORWO N75 and its price seems on a par with HP5+

I have seen a few videos on this film and it looks OK

Bacillus Calmette-Guérin. You've probably got it in one arm or the other.
