Forum slow
forums been a bit slow the last day or so. There seems to be a timeout between virginmedia and fasthosts which is clogging things up. Give your ISP a kick up the preverbials to get them to sort it

I've only notice it today. Thought it was my machine again, and was just starting to wonder why kicking seven bells out of it wasn't working as well as it usually does.

Here's a little techie tip for you:
open your DOS / Command prompt (often found in accessories program folder) and at the c:\ prompt type in: tracert www.film-and-darkroom-user.org.uk you may see it time out where I do. That is slowing response and your ISP should be sorting it for you. after its finished, drag cursor across that block of numbers and right click. Then send email to web host and use paste to paste those numbers (EVIDENCE) into email. It may be fasthosts server that is the problem or could it could be someone else but either way, timeouts shouldn't be happening.
