Default Free Developing Tanks

I have been given by a deserter to real photography 2 35mm Gepe Developing Tanks looking for a good home or they are heading for the bin.
One, a single film tank with spiral, the other a two film tank with two spirals.

They are central loading but I have only one complete loading feeder so that both should go to the same home. For the cost of postage.

Nice offer. I hope someone in need and maybe getting started take you up on it.

I'm interested if only because it's something different. I haven't come across a central loading reel before and I often have trouble with standard reels.

See if anyone else is interested over the next day or two. If not, I would like to try them out.

Steve, my Durst reels are central loading with a loading device that attaches to the reel so are like or maybe even exactly the same as the Gepe.

They are virtually foolproof and a real( or is that reel? ) boon especially in 120 size once you get the film's tongue under the centre spring.

Steve.
I haven't had any other takers, so that they are yours, if you are still interested. PM me with address. The reels are all 35mm. The minimum postage according to my calculations is £2.60 but the Price list is not exactly clear and I have got it wrong before!
Cheers, Mike

The tanks turned up today.

The reels are a great design. All reels should be like this.

My first trial film (in daylight) loaded perfectly. The reel is so good that I can even load it properly without the loading attachment.

Now to see how it behaves in a changing bag!

EDIT: After one false start because I hadn't inserted the film far enough before closing the locking tab, it loaded perfectly. I even remembered to take off my watch with a luminous dial (noticed it just as I put my hand into the bag).

I think these reels are going to get a lot of use.

An added bonus - these reels also load easily when wet. e.g. unwinding a bit to look at it then winding it back on to finish a wash.

I would like a 120 version too now!
