OK, Richard enjoy your Sunday.

Cornwall is a long way from the Dales for just a weekend but if you ever fancy a real pasty you know where to come - and bring Les with you We may even be able to find a daffodil for him!

Neil.

I hear it's St Piran's Day today so I expect there will be lots of pasties to set your mince pies on.

I know it's the kind of thing that only tourists who watch Doc Martin do but if you have the time and inclination a visit to Port Isaac is worthwhile for the scenery and more importantly a great pasty shop on the very narrow road down to the harbour.

The weather should be good enough to sit outside by the beach for 20 mins or so while munching it.

Have a great week-end

Mike

Thanks Neil for arranging the weekend and showing us around the area. I know that a great deal of time is involved in arranging these things and we appreciate that. We enjoyed both the scenery and the opportunity of renewing acquaintances; a great weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend even though the mobile phone signal was not so good in certain areas.

Hopefully another meeting in Cornwall later in the year.
Thanks Neil & Co.

Hi Jon, they were all very friendly and communicative but I thought I caught sight of one or two making the sign of the cross in my direction on occasion.
I too miss the London meetings; we will have to arrange something for the summer.

Thanks again to Neil in organising another great weekend in a somewhat unusual accommodation with the spirit of King Aurther and Merlin all around us. We even had our own Round Table but not certain if Neil fancied himself as Lancelot We were all asked to see the Light but got scared and ran and hid.
Neil even managed to send the Met Office packing with its forecast of rain and gloom and he gave us sunshine and light. Sorry about the missing clouds Dave.
Thanks again Neil

Tony

PS. Never even got a sniff of a pasty
