Re other Bellini stuff, I am eyeing up the hydrofen which is supposed to be a fine grain rodinal and the fixer which is ¾ the price of ilfofix. Has anyone used these? I am relatively new to film so am still experimenting but a developer with a long shelf life would be good

I haven't tried anything except the original Rodinal but ADOX sell a Rodinal that is to the exact recipe of the original

Given how little of it you need per film then I'd always use the original Rodinal recipe i.e. Adox Rodinal

I have has mine( the original ) for about 16 years and used it a few months ago. It was still working perfectly
