Default 127 accessories wanted

Has anyone by any chance such a thing as a 127 printing frame or clear 127 sleeves? I know how to do what I want, otherwise; but purpose-made equipment would be much preferable.

Paterson made a hinged glass 10 x 12" contact frame with no negative divisions.
I think it was meant for large format negatives.
One for sale on ebay at the moment for £20.00p.

I managed for many years with just a clean sheet of glass, kept nice and clean and carefully packed away when not in use.

Thank you for the reply, Nat: I'm afraid that it doesn't seem to be there any more (checked a lot of variables, including the usual "Patterson" nonsense).

Hello Michael.
I have had a good look and it's not there now.
Perhaps I should have sent you an email about the Paterson frame.
I have done that before thereby giving the original poster a fair chance to get an ebay bargain before everyone else piles in.
The Secondhand Darkroom Shop has a couple but very expensive.

I found that the celluloid negative holders on the Paterson 35mm frames is easily removed with methylated spirits.
Perhaps that may be the route for you. There are a couple on ebay with low starting prices.
Good Luck with the project.
Nat.

Thank you, Nat - SDS it will be if I manage nothing else. I have a set-up which sort of does; so I can think about this.

I use the PrintFile version of the Paterson contact frame to make contact proof sheets of roll film negatives in PrintFile negative pages - I think that is what it was designed for.
Just in case this helps extend your search options.

Matt, another here had privately mentioned the PrintFile frame, which is available from First Call in Britain. If the crude set-up that I am going to try first doesn't work satisfactorily, I think that I'll get one.

As my 127 negatives are so bendy, clear sleeves (which I have, 120 size) are a sine qua non, whatever I use for the sandwich.

Thank you for mentioning that.
