Robin, they do 'pop-up' on Ebay from time to time. But contact www.odyssey-sales.com who should be able to help.

Quite easy to make, as I did mine : A long threaded bolt and a teardrop shape of red perspex affixed with nyloc nuts. Perspex available on ebay.

Secondhand Devere parts tend to be quite pricey sometimes.

The size required for a swing out filter is minimal - A better source of perspex would be your local sign maker shop. You might even get an odd scrap for free.

Another alternative would be an old Cokin/Lee filter.

I bought an alleged genuine DeVere filter on ebay, not cheaply, to replace the one I broke (external swinging filters are prone to accidents), and the bolt and hole etc. in the perpex weren't the same size.
I repaired the broken one but still hope to find a way of getting one internally fitted above the lens with the bolt acting as knob like some Durst enlargers.
The original broken one was cannibalized from an old Prefect.
