Wanted...Darkroom/Space

Hi, is there anyone out there in the Warwick or Leamington Spa areas of the Midlands? I'm looking to set-up/ share a darkroom.
I have all the equipment for up to 5x4.
(DeVere504/Multigrade Head etc. but no space!
