Based entirely on guesswork, I suspect that the densitometer can be calibrated to fit any similar lamp - at least in B&W mode - possibly in colour too as they will all have similar emissions spectrum. It's been a while but as I recall calibrating them is not difficult if you have the test targets (a step-wedge for transmission and a ceramic plate for reflection). If you don't have the targets, getting any transmission step-wedge and measuring it now while your lamp is working might be worth doing. Likewise something white and black that will not fade over time should do for the reflection readings. Store the targets and readings somewhere safe and dark.

Main snags might be the voltage the control circuit is supplying, the maximum brightness of the new lamp and finding one that can be hacked to fit the mounting bracket.
