Default I feel the need for an OM10

Not sure if this is just the beginnings of a collection bug or the memory of using the OM10 is right and they are a lovely little camera to use.
There are lots on ebay at good prices so is difficult to resist.

Why resist? That's not good for you! Give in and go for it

Neil.

Problem is the need to buy a suitable enlarging lens for each negative size and a decent exposure meter.!
I would say spend on film, chemicals and paper rather speculate on Ebay cameras - just a thought.

I'm doing ok for enlarging lenses Jeff, I have a 50mm for any 35mm work and a 75mm for 6x4.5 and 6x6.

A lovely camera, the OM10. I still have the one I bought new in the late'70s, and used it last weekend. The meter is a few stops off but it still turns out a decent image.

Here's one from the walk. The tower-like structure is the National Carillon, a gift from the UK government to the people of Australia to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Canberra as the nation's capital. That was a little while ago now! Thanks guys!

I agree, the OM10 was (is) a good introduction to the Olympus system, which because it uses the same high quality lenses as it's upmarket brothers is able to produce quality results.

Indeed they are very good cameras. Try and get one with a manual adapter if you can, as this will allow you to set the shutter speeds manually (I guess you already knew that). The Olympus Zuiko lenses are outstanding as well, so you may be able to bag yourself some of these too on ebay.

And if you happen across a mint OM3Ti at a give-away price, please point me at it, I could be tempted.
