Default Kodak T- Max Developer OK for Kodak Tri-X 400

According to the spec this developer would appear to be fine for Tri-X 400 possibly better that the Ilfosol 3 which I had in stock and used this week. In fact the Ilford spec sheet does not include Tri-X as suitable albeit it seemed to work fine

Years ago I have souped trix in t-max RS and TT Ultrafin Plus (very similar to standard t-max developer) with great results. Have switched to Ilfotec HC for economy reasons and longevity.

Best, Miha

Yeah, particularly in a Tetenal bottle - a very distinct flavour! TT Superfix Geruchlos comes to mind.
