Thanks Bob.
This is good news indeed. The previous file size limit did seem to limit the quality of uploaded images.

Great that the file size can be bigger now. But I just uploaded my print for 109 and it still showed max. 200kb in the upload window and did not allow a bigger size. Maybe something wrong on my side?

Thanks for the heads-up Frank. The gallery and forum use different configurations and we had only changed the Forum values - I have changed the gallery to the same values as the forum so it should work OK now.

Cheers, Bob.

Hi Bob,

Just tried to upload a couple of images to the 8mm thread, but before the upload completed got the following message.

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Is it something you should know ?

HI Ian.

Is this happening all the time when you try to upload or was it a one-off? It could be just that your session timed out if a one-off. If it keeps happening then I will dig deeper...

Chees, Bob.

Unfortunately, not quite... The forum software will resize, but only up to a maximum upload file size of 2MB. There is a 2MB restriction on the size of uploaded files imposed by the underlying platform.

Hi Bob, was just a one off.

I have now managed to get the pics uploaded, by resizing them before I tried to upload.

Looks like my error and not the forums

Ian

I use an ancient PC and a newish iPad, which keeps forgetting my login. What is the ‘remember me’ box for? On an iPad screen it is too small to be checked.
