Default Hello from Bedfordshire

Just joined having seen the article in B&W Photography. I came back to using film last year - I used to have my own darkroom back in the early 80's.

I have three small children so a darkroom right now is a bit impractical (imagine what the little darlings could get up to while I'm locked away making pictures?). So for now I am taking a hybrid approach - using film and developing it myself but then scanning and printing digitally.

I plan to return to darkroom printing but it may have to wait a little while. Meantime I will do my bit for the cause by continuing to buy and use film and chemicals.

Martin

Welcome Martin

Mine are 14 and 12 now so not so much of an issue.
I remember when they were very little I had to grab the odd hour here and there.

Welcome aboard Martin. I hope you do manage to get a darkroom back together again - it's still fun .

Cheers, Bob.
