Default cameras and film stars

I found this whilst on Ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1950s-Roy...oAAOSw8RZadj5i are there any other camera manufacturers that have used film stars to promote their products? Looked for a Kodak Jayne Mansfield Duo but alas I did not find one

Is Mickey a film star??

Not quite the same thing, but Jeff Bridges spent years using a Widelux. Pretty sure he produce book of his pictures.

Didn't Hasselblad enlist David Beckham to 'be seen' with some grotesque digicam?? Can't recall the name of it- lots of blingy bits nailed on.

Yes, Jeff Bridges did use a Widelux to take a shot of the whole cast when making films he appeared in. I'm sure Clint Eastwood was or still is a keen photographer. Next time anyone asks me if my Rollei SL66 is a Hasselblad I'm going to tell them it's a Mick-O-Matic, I just love that name.
