Default Great find Mamiya 7 II

I moved from one state to another 8 years ago. In doing so, I had a lot of big boxes. Now I’m I’m the process of going through them, prior to calling a junk removal firm.
Yesterday, going through one, I found two camera bags that I had completely forgotten about. One held three AF Canon lenses. The other bag hand my Mamiya 7II, rangefinder with an 80 f 4 and a 150 f 4.5 lenses. I have to admit that I had forgotten all about the camera and the Canon lenses. Who knows what else I might find?

I thought I had too many camera's, but I think if you can lose and forget about a Mamiya 7ii, it makes me feel much better!

Wow, dudeinv you are now rich. The first thing on Google is the e-bay price from someone called aptly called Brilliant who is selling for 4000 without two lenses

How on earth did you forget about the Mamiya 7ii? I never owned one but if I were a medium format person that would be the one I would have gone for.

Following my move I had a number of different things come up. All of which put photography on a back burner. It wasn’t until recently that I’ve had the time to think about making some pictures.

Good morning Dude-
Yes, life can become so fraught we sometimes put our own interests to one side. Finding the Mamiya is a lovely little stroke of good fortune. I hope you now have time and freedom to enjoy using it.
All the best.
