Default RHD Analyser - question

i use with great pleasure and also success the RHD Analyser PRO --
i use it with enlarger type Leitz V35 and Durst (for 6x6) --
at starting i received from the deliverer Heiland calibration-datas for the use with Ilford-paper
but now i want to change the paper - i want use FOMA and/or Kentmere --

i have some problems with the calibration -- it is not easy to understand it for me --
my question:
has anybody the same equipment than i and use also the prefered papers - please can you send me your calibration-datas to start with the new papers ?

thank you

Welcome Hans, I hope someone can help you with the data.
There is some Ilford Kentmere data here.

Hans, welcome to the forum, I also use the RH analyser/pro and a fine piece of equipment it is.

With regards to the data for other papers, if you go to the RH designs website http://rhdesigns.co.ukyou will find the calibration data for Fomatone and Kentmere fineprint, and on the user data page the data for kentmere VC select, I have used the data from the site for all three papers as on the website and they work fine,

Richard

an additional question:
i have two enlargers - the Leitz V35 and the DURST for 6x6 -- are the datas in the list (they are not specially marked) usable for Durst ??
which enlarger you use ?

hello Hans, welcome to FADU.
I use a Durst M670 with Durst VC dichroic head (up to 6x7). I have the RH StopClock and the Zonemaster and yes, it took me SOME time to calibrate for just Ilford MG IV RC. In fact my findings differed from those included in the RH manual, not a lot but sufficiently to make a visible difference.
Although the calibration seems a bit tricky, esp. the first time, it's probably worth the while for what you learn about contrast, exposure and your paper's reactions.
I've just got some MG IV RC Warm Tone - have to check how it reacts.
Peter

It make no difference what enlarger you use, so yes, the calibration data is suitable for the durst,
Richard
