You're welcome! I lived in Derby for a few years and remember walking by the studio but never thinking about how long it had been in operation. If you like art in general you should check out Joseph Wright of Derby

Thats Excellent, we have Mr Hardman in Liverpool, his house was his studio, he kept every single photo he took, when he was retired and in poor health social Services called and found this time warp and managed to contact the right people and have it preserved and now open to the public.https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/hardmans-house
I am not a fan of his images but its good to see his collection all in one place, we should all go out and photograph the area around us and the people too.

Thanks for posting.
I wonder what 'restoration' means - repairing and touching up the negatives so that they can be D/R printed or just sufficiently so that they can be scanned and viewed/printed that way? I suspect the latter but it is still good to be able to see old photographs that would otherwise be permanantly lost.
