Question adofix p (powder)

help if you can how do i measure correct amount of powder for use in my Nova Tank
know for other amounts dev 200x1800 water
stop 100x1900 water
- x 1600 water
first two liquid powder one dont know

thanks for any help from you experts

It says on the pouch - powder to make 1 litre (or 5 if you got the big one) no further dilution required.
