Default I'm back...

Right, after two years away from the darkroom and film photography in general, I am intending to feel my way back. I haven't made any work for me in that time and the last post I made on here was to say I was going to sell the contents of my darkroom. Well, for one I rang Paul at SDS and he told me it was all worthless and two I just couldn't bring myself to do it. So my darkroom sat gathering cobwebs for 2 years. I went in on this last bank holiday Monday and turned the water on. One of the joints burst open and I managed to get the water off in time before we had a major flood. So, in theory, once that is fixed and I have some fresh dev I will be back in action.

I haven't contributed on here during my off season because I didn't think while I was merely a Mac monkey I had the right. I have popped in every now and then to see how everybody was doing and I notice members are growing, congratulations. I hope that is a sign of global interest in the proper way of making photographs.

I will chat soon.

Best wishes
Steven

Welcome back to the darkside.

I'm so pleased to hear that your darkroom kit is worthless. Get dried out and printing.

Glad to see you back and even more glad to see that you kept your equipment. Worthless eh?? Just try buying the same stuff on e-bay now!

What's a Mac Monkey? I have been a bit of a whiskymac monkey over the hols but I confess to having risked the odd contribution while slightly "Maced" :
