Hi Emily,

I too am about to embark on a photographic course in September, doing a BA at Southend on Sea.

At 51 years of age, it's been a long wait though...

What level course are you doing and where, out of interest?

Terry S

You've done an awful lot already Emily!

Only wish I had the opportunity when I was your age, ho, hum, but I'm looking forward to my course immensely!

Welcome Emily. Feel free to ask any questions you like cos they'll be someone here who can help you. And remember to tell all your mates to get themselves a film camera and join FADU as well!

Welcome Emily,
I use an Opemus 3 too. It works very well.
I'm a little older than you (by about 45 years). I have never done a photography course, I have just learnt by making mistakes (you wouldn't believe how many mistakes) and asking people. I think you have made a far better start than I did, I really should have embarked on a proper course many years ago.
Many contributors to this site will be happy to assist in any way they can and would love to see examples of your photography.

David
