Default Anyone want some Kodak Technidol LC developer?

I have available (free!) four little bottles of this specialist developer, intended for Kodak Technical Pan film. Each bottle makes 600ml of developer.

I used this film/developer combination very successfully back along to copy some Edwardian glass-plate photos onto 35mm film. The developer must be 20 years old now, but was said to keep well (see this thread) and is in unopened shot bottles, so I would imagine it is still viable.

Free to a good home, but UK only I'm afraid.

Nice offer, Jon. I don't have use for this developer but I'd be surprised if there are not those that can think of a use

I could be mistaken, but I certainly thought that Vincent, has posted images shot on Kodak Technical Pan?

Perhaps, he could do with some Technidol developer if he still has a secret hoard of TP film?

And I have a single roll of tech pan I never knew what to do with. Maybe i should give this a go, or if Vincent likes this stuff perhaps he'd like both film and dev?

It sounds like you need to start using the film you've got. If I have over 4 of any film in the fridge, I worry that I'll never get through it!

I can sympathise. Over the years I shifted largely to 120, then a 50/50 split between 120 and 5x4.
However, I have some lovely 35mm cameras which it feels tragic not to use. Periodically I load one up with the aim of always having a camera with me, and the negative exchange has prompted me to try and do some new 35mm work. It's taken me nearly three months to use a 36 exposure roll.
It's odd- Once upon a time 35mm ruled the world in terms of volume used, and some of the world's most celebrated photographs have been taken in that format. Why don't I enjoy it so much?
