Thanks, Sebastiaan, very much love both of them. The big one is simply as brilliant as the subject. I like macro images as well, this came out perfectly well. Tried lately the Pearl version and tend to like it more and more. Special thanks for the lith postcard. Wonderful! Nice to hold one in my hands and of course very temting to try it as also.

Wow that's quick...
Thanks for your kind words, I'm glad you like them!

The lith process really is something special Frank, and if your interest had been triggered you should definitely give it a try!

I'll upload my photos to the gallery after the weekend.

@BuzzNL. Not wanting to go off track with this thread, but what lith developer(s) do you use? I've been in the darkroom this week with two home mixed lith developers, with one working well and the other not, alongside EasyLith, which works from the off but doesn't quite give the result I would like.

I look forward to seeing the pictures in the gallery.

The print I sent to Frank was done with the Moersch Easy Lith kit, which works quite well and is starting to give me reasonably predictable results with my Agfa papers. Haven't tried Fomatone MG yet, which is the only other lithable paper I currently have. I would be interested to read more about your homemade developer, perhaps in the Lith Printing topic we've discussed this a while ago?

Thanks Buzz. I totally forgot about that thread. I'll reply there soon, as this months PE round contains lith work from me, so I don't want to put it on here until the recipient receives it.

It arrived this morning, Mike. Thank you very much. The subject is a stream flowing towards the camera from a waterfall and under a clapper bridge. No sky but a bright-looking day. I am attracted by this image: the water has been successfully kept lively, as it is a fast-moving stream. There is plenty of detail (catkins on the tree on the right, really varied stone textures and so on). It takes a moment to spot that there's a small dog on the bridge: it's clearly enjoying its freedom. The image is very well exposed and is immaculate on the paper. A good one and I appreciate it.
