Default static or moving

How many FADU members generally photograph static scenes, or ones with movement in the image?

Most of the subject matter I photograph is static, however I do occasionally photograph the passage of time, long time exposures of several minutes to capture movement in otherwise relatively static objects.

I would say it would be a lot, a lot of my photography is around the bays and coast of Jersey, not surprising as our Island is only 5x4 in miles, and around the coast things are never still, the sea, birds, people Etc, but I also do some still life, mostly ''Found' and that is static,

Using film, usually static. I may sometimes use long exposure to blur moving parts (usually water, clouds, making people insignficant), but my ultimate aim is generally 'stillness'. Where I need to pan or there is some principal subject movement I use digital, I'm not keen on blurred (as seen in panning for instance) in mono.

I think it is possible 50 50 static and panning I enjoy taking pictures that require me to move with the camera its a bit of a buzz when you get it right.

99% static images resulting from miles and miles of walking looking for images.

With film in the RB, most of my work involves static subjects.

50:50 I suppose, although a Bronica SQ isn't the ideal camera for watersports I suppose.
