Wow, I had no idea that new DDS prices had risen to that level, I have about 30, a mixture of Toyo and Fidelity Elite all in excellent condition, I don't think I paid more than £6 for any of them (used) last time I purchased new ones the were £14 for a pair of Fidelity Elite's.

As I understand the production of Fidelity holders ceased some time ago. There was also a shortage of DDS at the beginning of 2014 here in mainlad Europe.

I can see the headlines now. "Port Erin resident sells all his DDS and buys Clarkson's residence on Langness with some change left over!"

Hi Mike
I wouldn't want to live in Langness lighthouse, far too many ramblers passing by and staring in through the kitchen window

Certainly some stuff this particular seller sells is quite reasonably priced given that it is a business and not just Joe Bloggs selling some of his unwanted stuff.

Maybe he( might be a she of course) thought up a price on the spot. For some strange reason or is that weird reason( as in "You're weird Mike" said in a West Coast Californian accent ), this kind of "make it up on the spot" prices always remind me of the 1962 "Manchurian Candidate" where the senator controlled by his wife complains of having to make up different numbers of "card carrying communists" in each of his alcohol fuelled speeches

Mike

P.S. This was a Taylor's of Harrogate Yorkshire Tea fuelled post. By gosh it's strong when it's the colour of old army boots
