I read somewhere you need to add a third of a stop when you fully extend the sonar even without ext tubes and bellows
When you add the 16 ext tube it becomes 0.8 Ev (+0.5Ev)
I think with black and white film a half to full stop would be the best with the Number 16 ext tube and half a stop without

My 150mm F/4 is an excellent lens - just watch out for the flare from off-axis illumination - the Sonnar is notorious for this. I came across a photographer who insisted on using the bellows hood, which is a real hassle (excuse the pun, please).
I bought a genuine hasselblad hood for the 150/4 so hopefully I will get it this week
