Default Hello from Dorset

Hello all
I have been printing using various home darkrooms since about 1974 so have amassed a lot of negatives and slides, 35mm and 120. I used to enjoy printing Cibachrome until it became very expensive and then disappeared but I find there are still plenty of things to learn with B&W which is what I concentrate on now.

Hi Bill.

Welcome aboard.

I was just deciding to try Chibachrome when it went away. It produced brilliant high contrast colour prints. Mind you, having poor colour vision would not have helped me when it came to printing .

Have fun, Bob.

Welcome Bill. I came to the darkroom a little on the late side for Cibachrome. A pity as from the books I read I always thought it looked easier to get a decent print than from colour negatives

If you have been going as far back as 1974, you have amassed a heck of a lot of experience as well. 40+ years worth of experience is not be sniffed at as they say

Mike
