Default Hello

I’ve joined the forum because I have benefited from it greatly in the past, it is clear that there is a wealth of knowledge and expertise out there. My interest lies in people and what they do. I photograph work, play and anything in between where there is a story to tell and am currently working on a biopic of my hometown Sheffield.
I use film, have a darkroom and would not change it for the world.

Clive

Hello Clive and welcome to the forum.

Delighted that there are still photographers out there photographing people, in what can be difficult times for such work.

Looking forward to seeing your photography of Sheffield.

I'm sure you know that there are many here who like you will never depart from film and darkroom use.

Hi Clive and welcome. Like the others have said I too look forward to seeing your Sheffield shots. At our present rate of change( progress is too kind a word and anyway sullied by the Sultans of Spin) in the U.K. we are losing things daily and archival negs may be the only way of preserving them.

Welcome, Clive. Never be afraid to photograph the 'ordinary' - todays ordinary is the future's extraordinary. I'm doing a similar project on my home town of Kings Lynn.
