Default Hi from another Kraut
Hello, my name is Clemens, and I am an analog photographer :-)

I am from Hamburg but live in exile in Mainz, near Frankfurt.

My first film was an FP4, 34 years ago. I worked as a press photographer for some years, but later I gave in the dark side of the Force and work in the software business, selling digital photo databases to corporate customers. After hours, it feels good to leave the pixels alone and make real photos.

For many years, I am a street photographer. I shot many, many photos and developed all the films (except about 50 that still need processing), and now as I finally build a small but complete darkroom again, my first task will be contact sheets... more than 700, 95% are 35mm. After that, I will select the negatives for enlargement.

I never was a master printer. My prints are mediocre, but I am planning to change that, and that is one of the reasons why I came to this place.
