Hello Willem
Welcome. I visited Haarlem some years ago and I recall it being a very attractive town. It was so cold then that people were skating on the canals. Les |

Welcome from London currently. Bob is right, it is definitely chilly here, but all the snow is gone where I am which is a shame. Hopefully when I go back to wiltshire tomorrow it will decide to snow again so I can finally get out there with my camera, but I doubt it will, unlucky as I am.
Enjoy your time here! |

Best wishes from a white Holland
Thank you for your warm welcome. Sorry to say that I am unable to translate my analog photos into digital ones for the FADU site myself..., but I share a internet site with Annemie Wolff (1907-1994), a Dutch professional photographer who became famous with her pictures of the Port of Amsterdam 1950-1965 and many other documentary subjects (a.o. Amsterdam Airport, KLM and Fokker aircraft 1935-1950), and my good friend Jaap Rijkenberg, who died recently. www.for-images.com This site has to be updated on short notice.
Thanks again, Gargantua = WillemK

Some evocative images on your site , without photography there would be no record that things have changed so much within a persons lifetime !
