Smile Need participants for a research study

Hello Everybody,

Am Nikitha pursuing my masters in User Experience Design at Loughborough University. I am working on my final year project for which I need to interview a few participants.

My topic is about 'observing and working with analogue photographers to identity the key pain points in the entire experience'.

Please let me know if any of you are interested to participate in my research study.

Thanks & Regards,
Nikitha

Hey Alex,

Thank you for showing interest. I would have 2 sessions one being a general interview about anlogue photography, how you do it and why and the other observing you working which includes probably when you would be taking photos and the entire development process.

Let me know if you would be interested.

Thank you!

I think I'm too far away from you for practical participation. I live in Glasgow, and don't travel much at work. I would be happy to talk to you if it helps, but perhaps other members in your own area could assist. There was a thread here, started by TerryS, if I recall correctly, that considered why people work with film. That may be of some interest to you. I think it was under the 'Photography in General' sub-forum.

Hey Alex,

Sure we could do that. Oh that's great! Thanks will check it out.

Also could you forward me your email so that I can contact you directly for the first session?

Thank you

Nikitha, be aware that the age of participants could be highly relevant, also the way they work, particularly if project based. I'd be willing to participate.

Hey Ian,

Yeah that is one thing am considering and I think its also the experience that carries for the development process. You know like someone who is been doing analogue photography for a long time, will be much quicker and will not have much to complain about, since they would be used to the process. But someone who is new to it will have a lot. Either ways am thinking of questioning all age groups for now and then probably streamline the audience.

Also, thank you for showing your interest. If you don't mind could you send me your email across so that I can contact you further.

Thanks again!
