Default Durst enlargers

Hello everyone,

I've tracked down the former Durst regional rep who used to repair Durst pro grade enlargers eg: Multigraph, Durst 1200 etc. His name is Roger Francis, he lives in St Albans, Herts, he is prepared to travel, and and he's still servicing and repairing these machines to Durst standards. Also supplies spare parts. In other words, a handy man to know. You can reach him on : rogfrancis@hotmail.com; Mobile: 07710-338178. Best wishes, Alan.

Another useful contact is Terry at Durst UK. He is very helpful and has a vast amount of spares as well as enlargers at very good prices. They are based in Farsley near Leeds

As A Durst user and based on Michael's latest news it might be useful to draw up a summary of things as they stand:

1. Does Odessy still do Durst spares?
2. Is Terry at Durst UK still operating and what's the number
3. Does anyone know if Roger Francis still operates - it was a post of his name that started the thread

Things unfortunately change over the years in terms of resources and never for the better it would seem

Thanks

Mike

Durst policy was that they would provide support/spares for 10 years after ceasing a model. However since they stopped production of all enlargers I suspect that support extended only to available remaining stock which I strongly suspect has dried up completely since they have removed their parts online shop. i.e. No one can can supply what isn't available.

I don't think Odyssey have a stock of Durst spares.

I dealt with Roger Francis a year or two ago. I bought a spare re-conditioned transformer for my Multigraph.
