Default Darkroom Enlarger Kit

Hi folks!

New to this forum. I have a question about some darkroom equipment I have inherited but not sure what to do with it.

The lenses I know screw off and can be used for several other applications but it is the metal tube/sleeves they are attached to. My Axomat enlarger does not take them as it has a bellows and a small lens mount.

I have trawled the web for images and info even contacting Rodenstock direct.

Anyway, please take a look at the photos and let me know what you think...

Many thanks!

T

The tube/sleeves are from a roll-head printer, not a Durst as I was given two Durst turret sets about 15 years ago full of lenses. A roll head printer is essentially a fixed focus enlarger, the thereded tube is used to set the focus when the printer is firts set up

The lenses and threaded tubes they are screwed into are worth hanging onto the rest is useless as no-one uses roll head printers any more, Virtually all were scrapped many years ago.

The mounts that the lenses are in look to me like they are for commercial/industrial applications such as the mounts you would find for a reproduction camera. The Schneider lens with the blue ring could be a Makro type lens or a Componon but you'd have to confirm. The other looks to be a Rodenstock Rodagon 105mm f5.6.

The Rodenstock Rodagon 105mm f5.6 is a good enlarging lens.

Covers 6 x 9 cm negs.

Thank you gang!

Yeah the lenses I know are worth a few quid but the tubes have always perplexed me. Just could not work out where they would go. Now I have been enlightened I am very happy.

So this lot shall end up on ebay...

I might keep the Nikon for my enlarger and maybe one other but I shall be asking this forum as you have been so good to me.

Many, many thanks!
