Default Inky-Blue

I've recently seen a nice portrait in which the blacks appeared to be a really deep inky-blue/ black. Does anyone know of a toner that gives this? It was like looking into a bottle of blue ink. Almost black but with a subtle midnight-blue to it.
I'm not sure if it was a real print or a digital one.

Thanks,

Steve.

It might be Terry King's Cyanotype Rex?

It might be Peter Hogan's blue/black toner.

Thanks. I'll have a ferret around and see what I find.

Steve.

This is what I was looking for for my entry in March Exchange Gallery No 28 - see pic there. If you find it I should like to try it on RC paper.
