Hi Chajazz and welcome to Fadu, and no, developing color film is a completely different thing, you need special C41 chemicals for print film and E6 for color slide, all color films use the same chemistry whether they be Kodak or fuji or any aother make, but I understand that with Caffenol development coffee is a main ingredient, but there may be a bit more to it than simple coffee, Others here may know more but I prefer to stick with my Rodinal or D76

I think it will come out black and white.

colour film has dye couplers in the three colour emulsions and you need the right chemicals to make them work. And acid fix will likely remove all the dyes or fade them to almost nothing.

For weird colour effects use cross processing. Colour neg developed in E6 chemistry or probably easier and more colourful colour slide film developed in C41 chemistry. Results are unpredictable and dependant on film make, the chemicals being used etc.
