Default UK Spring gathering 21st 22nd April

I was asked last year to put together an Event in the West Midlands, it's a cross Forum event but has it's roots in UK APUG weekends but most are members of FADU as well

Spring weekend, 21st -22nd April with the option of Friday the 20th as well for those that want to make a longer weekend of it.

Location Kidderminster with a day's Photography on the Severn Valley Railway and a day in the Black Country - there's some interesting and quite varied locations. Accommodation will be at the nearby Premier Inn (quite new in a listed converted carpet factory) or a Travel Lodge.

Both the SVR day and the next in the Black Country will offer a very wide variety of subjects, the Friday for the keen can be equally as varied.

I'm booked in too

Premier Inn, Fri and Sat nights.

The Severn Valley Railway is a great photographic subject.

If you cannot make the whole weekend, just come for the day - everybody is welcome - what ever camera you have.

Sadly, I am on-call at work throughout April & May (and well into June ) so am stuck indoors at the weekends and cannot join, but best of luck with the meet-up and I hope the weather gods are smiling!

Cheers, Bob.

Closer to the weekend I'll get some details of expected times of arrivals, food preferences etc.

There's a location in mind for the Friday for those that can get here early enough, equally as interesting
