Default Robert White Photographic

Just a quick question really, if I may. I have come across the name Robert White a couple of times, but I don't personally know anyone who have purchased from them. I'd be looking at buying some filters and possibly a gadget bag from them which I've seen on their website, and was wondering if they are a reputable company. If anybody has any experience of them, I would appreciate any opinions you may have please.

Many thanks indeed.

Carl.

They are pretty much the gold standard in customer service, in my experience.

I have dealt with RW for many years and have never had a problem with them. They prefer to sell by mail order as they trade from an industrial unit and don't really have the facilities for visitors. You can however call in by appointment.

Thank you both Barry and Sandeha. Mail order would suit me just fine as it happens, and I'm glad to hear you've dealt with them for so long.

Thanks again.

I ordered my skyports from them online. No problem but I would recommend calling to make sure they have stock first.

Well Neil, it appears my wallet may be about to suffer the same fate too. I sure know how to pick expensive hobbies.
