On BBC Radio 4 on Sunday 04/11/2018 at 11:15 GMT and repeated on Friday 09/11/2018 at 09:00 GMT.

Lauren Laverne talks to Vanley Burke, who has been photographing Jamica since the 1960s and Britain's black community since the 1970s.

I just went to listen and it's not available yet as there is a second broadcast of it tomorrow, after which I presume it will then be available.

It's available to watch now, and the mp3 download option is available too

I caught it by chance (I don't usually check the radio listings on Sundays) and found it fascinating and quite moving. Well worth a listen.

Despite having read photo magazines, interviews etc for decades I'd not heard of Vanley Burke but I would have thought that he would have been quite influential.
