Default Henry Wessel-short film

Do have a look at this great little 8 minute film about Henry Wessel;

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m7SXO91sR8g

His book, 'Henry Wessel', published by Steidl 2007 is IMO an absolute inspiration. Beautiful reproductions, mostly b+w but some colour.

I bet he's read 'Zen in the Art of Archery'?

Some more film clips HERE

Thanks for posting, that really hits a cord with me, he definitely speaks my language, I will have to buy one of his books.

I am half way through my copy of Zen in the Art of Archery when I have finished is this what I can aspire to

Wonderful, just wonderful and refreshing

Thanks Trevor

Trevor. A big big thanks for this. I thought the film was absolutely great. I has made my day! You are dead right about the Zen approach! Where do I get his book?

An enjoyable short film. Nice to know I’m not the only one who produces lots of crap but occasionally manages to find a gem worth keeping in among it.

Yes, indeed Neil, you'll be able to see the 'crap' from the trees, just control that breathing

Neil, you've already hit the target, it's the 'crap' that are the gems
