Default Forte Fortezo

I had a box of 24x30 cm that I've just dug out and I tried a print from it. My Meopta colour head needed about 70" exposure at f4 for the 35 mm negative, The image required a full 5' to appear and a deal more to completion in semi-fresh Neutol 1+9. Looking at the print being washed, the tonal range and the warm tone are remarkable. Beautiful separation of clouds and sky and fine shadow detail as well.
Not bad for a thirty-year-old paper.

I use to love this paper when it was around. The tones you could get from it I thought were amazing. Forte, I thought had some fantastic papers. By the time I came back to photography it had all gone.

Wow, that is slow. At f11 say, there would be a whole afternoon available for dodging. Burning might take overnight
