And it landed two days ago - only getting to post tonight. Its a rather wonderful landscape print, with great play of light and dark. Mike mentioned that he had some work to do holding the highlights - but they are really nicely done.

A great print to have in the collection....

Thank you Bill for your print, it arrived today safe and sound.

It brings back fond memories of times spent by Conister water.

I like the way the tree is almost in silouette against the back ground with little of no shadow. A suggestion it was taken in the middle of a warm day. A picture I may have made if I had managed to get that far above the lake.

It is a fine print we shall enjoy over the next few weeks.

Printed on my favourite Ilford RC surface 'Satin' which is a good start.

A picture of one of Richard Gormly's cast figures on 'Crosby Beach', which is alone on a very quiet beach indeed. A very simplistic composition, which is something I always try to aim for.

and got here today, and interesting print, a still life of an onion, very dark on a dark background, and slightly soft focus,
