And received thank you. Two square format prints of wartime relics on Jersey taken with a 1950s Rolleiflex. I find the subject matter fascinating, and the Fomapan 400 film and choice of paper has given great tonality. Did you burn in the sky, or is the film enhancing the blue colour? That horizon is not quite straight - I find it happens all too easily with a WLF! - Luckily my Rolleicord has a grid pattern on the focusing screen which saves these incidents.

Thanks Edmund, glad you like them, I burned in the sky, It needed a bit to get the feeling I wanted, I was using an orange filter, which combined with the response of the film gives me a nice look

And I've received a print from EdmundH for this round.

Edmund says that it was printed on Ilford FB (warm tone paper Edmund?), developed in Ilford PQ, from a FP4+ 35mm negative.

He says that the negatives '...seem to lack detail or something...' although we are both in agreement of liking the print.

The picture is mostly of some Scots pines, with some people in the scene to give a sense of scale, which Edmund says was taken on the way down to Holkham beach, Norfolk.

A pleasing picture which suits the paper very well, which is surprising for me to say as I'm not generally a fan of gloss paper, but a couple of prints that I have received in print exchanges have been made on FB air-dried gloss and I like them a lot, so I might have to buy some to try.

Many thanks Edmund.

Just got here, a very lovely print of just 2 leaves from the side of a tree trunk, love the texture from the older trunk, with the new leaves, and just the right feel with the background well out of focus, Thanks Mike

It arrived safely today!!

I think something must have happened with the post, because I also got the round 91 print today as well in the one delivery. Something odd going on in the PO I think.

Anyway, its a lovely print from the lake district, early morning, low angle, subtle tones.

Thanks for sending it!

Mine is heading off in the morning - apologies, I've never been this late before! The month seemed to run away on me.
