And cheaper than Selenium from Ilford, Kodak etc.or is there more to Selenium than ammonia - which is deadly according to some on another forum. It might explain why the producers of the stuff can run at nearly 40mph on the flat. Any slower and you are dead!

My next darkroom will be built at Newmarket stables. I'll risk the deadliness of the smell and sell the other stuff that's produced there for rhubarb growing.

Been there. good luck. Just some electrics, final blackout curtains and connect the water & drainage to finish in my new darkroom.

Ill use for the first time tonight first as I need to send some prints to the US.

Barry i have had my darkroom at this house (bungalow)3 years ,i have fitted a nice sink the waste pipe running out the wall to the drain i fitted a bathroom fan in the wall and i put an air vent at the bottom of the wall ,everything i need is fitted except the water supply ,i run the supply to the room next to my dark room and thats where it stopped until today the rooms getting decorated so i have been able to lift the floor boards and run the pipe in to my darkroom and hopefully it should be finished tomorrow

i have now got water in my darkroom two bibcock taps over my darkroom sink ,just cold water but i have a kettle to give me hot water just a little bit of paint on one wall and thats the darkroom done ,i will be using it Monday with a bit of luck ....
