Default Camera porn

done a little bit of large format the other day and photographed some of my cameras on Fomapan 100 5x4 film and here is a print of one ,printed this on Ilford classic FB paper 10x8 and scanned print .Its getting sad when the only thing you have to shoot is a camera ,But one day we will be allowed to mix again ,but until that time I suppose anything is fare game .

here is my hasselblad .

Paul, those are excellent prints. You've managed the trick of getting the tones so spot on that the chrome bits actually look like shiny metal. Impressed.

Lovely work. Can I ask what you setup was for taking the pictures as I would like to have a go at taking photos of my old cameras but still life is something I have not done.

Thanks
David

Beautiful photos Paul, really perfect tonality.

I've got an old ELX that has lain dormant for years because the batteries are defunct. I haven't searched online for replacements, thought I'd ask you first if you know who might be able supply them?

Default Never forget the darkslide!

Me and the Missus have been watching old episodes of The Crown on Netflix. There was a scene with 'Anthony Armstrong-Jones' in which he was shooting 35mm, but resting the camera on a Hasselblad 500C on a Gitzo tripod with a 150 Sonnar. I could have sworn the darkslide was in the back!

Hi Roy my one takes 5 AA pencil batteries ,I have seen people fitting a 9v batterie in your model ,or you can get a external batt pack and plug it in the side ....Quendil I will endeavour to draw a diagram ,and post it back here ASAP ..
