Default Negative Exchange Gallery

I wonder if a separate gallery could be set up for the Negative Exchange as currently it gets lost at the bottom of the more numerous (and growing) threads in the Print Exchange gallery section. This means that it would be more easily accessible especially if one misses their appearance in the 'Latest Gallery Pictures' at the top of the Forum contents.

Thanks, Mike

I see what you mean, Mike. It looks like a marvellous idea to separate out, totally, the print exchange gallery from the negative exchange gallery rather than lumped together on the same page.

Hi Gents-
We have already had some brief discussion about this amongst participants of the Neg exchange.

I'll take it to the administrators, and see if they can 'split' the two exchanges. I always look at 'new images' when logging in, but anyone who doesn't could perhaps miss updates in the exchange thread.
No idea how hard it is, but we do have quite a lot of forums so sneaking one more in should be doable?
I'll catch up with Bob or Barry later.

Good evening Mike, Marty:
I have asked the administrators for their thoughts on this. At the moment there are just 7 Neg exchange galleries tagged onto the end of a list of 140(!) print exchange rounds.
Splitting print and neg exchanges into 2 separate galleries looks like an attractive fix, but I personally just don't know how much work that represents. The only I.T. process I'm familiar with is "turn it off, then back on again". Suspect that won't help here . . .

If we have only 7 neg exchange folders .. perhaps we could list them first?
I know the mich more important FADU exchange would slip down 7 lines.

If anyone is having issues viewing the Neg Exchange Gallery and having to scroll down past all the Monthly Exchange entries, there is an up/down-pointing double-arrow symbol at the far right hand side of each gallery heading that lets you collapse the list of galleries in that heading.

I will reverse the order of the galleries tomorrow as Uwe suggests so it is easier, but for now, the arrow should work to collapse and expand the gallery entries.

Yes, that works Bob. I hadn't spotted that.
Many thanks.
