Gallery comments issue.

I have been trying to add a comment to a post in the current Print Exchange Gallery (round 155). I had made comments on two prints a few days ago, but yesterday and today I am getting the following message;
‘You did not fill in the comments or rating field’
I am using the desktop site via Safari on an iPhone. I’ve never had this problem before, and have no idea what the message means. I have logged in as normal, proceeded to the relevant Gallery, put my comment in the box and pressed ‘submit’ as usual.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you using any special characters in your comments?
There seems to be a problem when using specific characters since the forum was upgraded last October.
IIRC when using special characters the forum will fully discard your input and report that you didn't enter any text.

See the posting issues I ran into back then in post #14 here.
It only affects the Gallery apparently, here on the forum this works fine.
You could try omitting any special characters in your comment and see if that works for now?

That worked! I only used full stops. I must keep that in mind.

Good to hear itworked.
I sometimes forget this too, and then I'm immediately reminded when I press "Post!" and see an empty screen.
