Default Saying Hello!
Firstly, apologies for the user name, and going against the suggested human readable user name. Pitotshock has been my username since the start of the internet days dating back to 1999 I believe. So, hard to change it now. Read "Pea - toe - shock", simple enough.

Secondly, I feel like I'm crashing the party a bit being from Canada, but here I am. I recently acquired a DeVere 504, floor model and feel like this place is a good fit for info on this machine.

As a way of detailing my GAS fueled basement darkroom, I've attached a pic.

A seriously well-equipped setup you have there - I'm especially envious of the ventilation .

Unfortunately, pic's don't become visible to those with 'friends' status on the forum until those with 'new user' status have 4 or 5 posts under their belt.

Welcome pitotshock. We'll have to rely on Bob's judgement of your darkroom until your pic is released for general view but anyone with a 504 is unlikely to have less than than a well equipped darkroom

Thanks Bob! as I like to do colour work, the ventilation comes in handy for those RA4 chemicals. The main fan is a duct fan for those portable growing tents, and is capable of 450 CFM if I remember right. Perfectly fine for my smallish darkroom.
