Hi Richard, just received your 3 prints this morning.

Difficult to choose a favourite as they all look great.

Think you have a great eye to spot the bent trees, you can almost feel the wind / storms that they have survived over the years.

The composition of the horse with the field and the sky, really appeals to me, just a lovely print.

If I was pushed to pick a favourite I think it would be the close up of the Teasel. I like close up photo's in general and nature in particular, this one is just up my street.

Three great prints to add to my exchange folder.

Thank you very much Richard

Ian

Thanks Ian, glad you like them, to be honest the Teasel is my favorite, I to like nature close up's,
Unfortunately I forgot to scan the prints, so I can't post them, pressure of this Covid, we are not doing to well this time and if in England would be in your tier 3 with extra restrictions but next year should be better, we started the jabs on Sunday,
Richard

Richard, if I can get my scanner to play ball, and if you'd like, I'll scan them in and then post them in the gallery for you.

And arrived safely today! I received this evening a set of two excellent prints from Frank. They are both square images, which always appeal to me. The principal one is a fantastic abstract composition, created by the shadow of an ornamental tree against a louvred structure, which is part of the architecture of a museum. The image sets the delicate shape of the tree against the sharp, angular forms of the structure. The overall print tone is dark, but with plenty of contrast and fine detail.
The second image is a view of the museum building, part ancient, and part modern. Again, a superb print, with nice shapes and tones, working together in a strong composition.
I am very grateful to Frank for sending the prints, I am delighted with both of them.
Alex.

Hi Richard

Managed to get my scanner to work and have now uploaded your prints to the gallery. I hope I have done them justice as they really are a nice set of prints

Mods - I have listed them as printed by Richard in the description, but is it possible to reassign them to Richard ? Many thanks.

Ian

Richard, could you also add film and developer details? Just in the comment box is fine, as I may want to ask you a question.
